Examples of Eurocurrency Rate Margin in a sentence
Each Eurocurrency Rate Advance shall bear interest from and including the first day of each Interest Period applicable thereto to (but not including) the last day of such Interest Period at the Eurocurrency Rate applicable to such Eurocurrency Rate Advance and Interest Period plus the Applicable Eurocurrency Rate Margin in effect from time to time.
The letter of credit fee payable with respect to each standby Letter of Credit shall be computed at an annual rate equal to the applicable Eurocurrency Rate Margin in effect from time to time, applied to the face amount of such Letter of Credit outstanding from time to time, from and including the date of issuance of such Letter of Credit until the expiration thereof, payable in arrears on the last day of each calendar quarter and on the expiration date of such Letter of Credit.
Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, and so long as such Event of Default continues without written waiver thereof by the Lenders, a default increment equal to 200 basis points (2.00%) shall be added to the Base Rate Margin, Eurocurrency Rate Margin and Facility Fee Rate.
Inclusion of such default increment in calculating the Base Rate Margin, Eurocurrency Rate Margin and Facility Fee Rate shall not be deemed a waiver or excuse of any such Event of Default.
Notwithstanding the foregoing and the Applicable Ratings Category on the Closing Date, prior to the delivery of the financial statements for the fiscal year of the Company ending January 2, 2015, the Applicable ABR Margin, Applicable Eurocurrency Rate Margin and Applicable Commitment Fee Percentage shall be determined by reference to Category 3.
