Eurodollar Standby Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Standby Loans.

  • If no Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Standby Borrowing is specified in any such notice, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month's duration.

  • Such notice shall be irrevocable and shall in each case specify (i) whether the Borrowing then being requested is to be a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing or an ABR Borrowing; (ii) the date of such Standby Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day) and the amount thereof; and (iii) if such Borrowing is to be a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing, the Interest Period with respect thereto.

  • If no Interest Period is specified in any such notice with respect to any conversion to or continuation as a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing, the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month's duration.

  • Such notice shall be irrevocable and shall in each case specify (i) whether the Borrowing then being requested is to be a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing or an ABR Borrowing; (ii) the date of such Standby Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day) and the amount thereof; and (iii) if such Borrowing is to be a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing, the Interest Period with respect thereto, which shall not end after the Maturity Date.

  • In the event of any such determination, until the Agent shall have advised the Borrower and the Banks that the circumstances giving rise to such notice no longer exist, (i) any request by the Borrower for a Eurodollar Competitive Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.03 shall be of no force and effect and shall be denied by the Agent and (ii) any request by the Borrower for a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04 shall be deemed to be a request for an ABR Borrowing.

  • In order to request a Standby Borrowing, the Borrower shall hand deliver or telecopy to the Agent in the form of Exhibit A-5 (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing, not later than 10:00 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before a proposed borrowing and (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the day of a proposed borrowing.

  • If no Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Standby Borrowing is specified in such notice, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • Such notice shall be irrevocable and shall in each case specify (i) whether the Borrowing then being requested is to be a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing or an ABR Borrowing; (ii) the date of such Standby Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day) and the amount thereof; and (iii) if such Borrowing is to be a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing, the Interest Period with respect thereto, which shall not end after the Termination Date.

  • If no Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Standby Borrowing is specified in any such notice, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month's duration (subject to the limitations set forth in the definition of "Interest Period").

  • In order to request a Standby Borrowing, the Borrower shall hand deliver or telecopy to the Agent in the form of Exhibit A-5 (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Standby Borrowing, not later than 10:30 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before a proposed borrowing and (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 10:30 a.m., New York City time, on the day of a proposed borrowing.
