Europe Region definition

Europe Region means those countries and territories defined as being within the UK or Europe areas by the Card Schemes from time to time;
Europe Region means those countries set forth on Exhibit P.
Europe Region has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2(c).

  • For purposes of determining the Global Proxy Calculation during the Transition Period and for two years thereafter, amounts denominated in the currency of a country within the Europe Region other than the Euro shall be converted into Euros and subsequently converted into U.S. dollars in accordance with the previous paragraph.

Europe Region is defined as the countries of Austria, Germany, Israel, Latvia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Ireland, Romania, Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia, UK, Belgium, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, Netherlands.
Europe Region has the meaning set forth on Exhibit A.
Europe Region means those countries set forth on EXHIBIT Q.

Related to Europe Region

  • Region means the Control Areas and Transmission Facilities with respect to which a Party serves as RTO or Reliability Coordinator under NERC policies and procedures.

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

  • Eurozone means the countries and territories listed in the Annex of Council Regulation (EC) No. 974/98 of 3 May 1998 on the introduction of the Euro, in its current version.

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;

  • Customs territory of the United States means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
