European Provisions definition

European Provisions means any EU treaty, EU directive, EU regulation, EU decision, EU instrument or EU tertiary legislation and any provision thereof or definition or designation deriving therefrom; and
European Provisions means collectively any EU directive, regulation, decision or tertiary legislation including references to definitions or designations deriving from such provisions; and
