Supplemental Provisions definition

Supplemental Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Article XVII.
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Contracts and Grants Using Funds Provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Georgia Agency or Institution of Higher Education.

  • Failure to comply with these Supplemental Provisions shall constitute an event of default under the Contract and the State of Colorado may terminate the Contract upon 30 days prior written notice if the default remains uncured five calendar days following the termination of the 30 day notice period.

  • The contract, grant, or purchase order to which these Supplemental Provisions are attached has been funded, in whole or in part, with an Award of Federal funds.

Supplemental Provisions. With respect to the Property described in Item 1 above: (a) The Lessee covenants and agrees with the Lessor that from and after the date of this Lease and until the repayment in full of the Loan: (i) At any time and from time to time, upon the written request of the Lessor and at the sole expense of the Lessee, the Lessee shall promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments and documents and take such further action as the Lessor may reasonably deem desirable to obtain the full benefits of this agreement and of the rights and powers herein granted, including (A) filing any financing or continuation statements under the Uniform Commercial Code with respect to the liens and security interests granted hereunder or under any other Loan Document, (B) transferring the Collateral to Lender's possession (if such Collateral consists of documents, instruments or chattel paper or if a security interest in such Collateral can be perfected only by possession) and (C) to obtain waivers of liens from landlords and mortgagees. The filing of a copy of this Lease (or a memorandum hereof) shall be deemed to constitute the filing of a financing statement to perfect the security interest in the Collateral and to secure the payment of all amounts due from time to time from the Lessee to the Lessor under this Lease and the other Operative Documents. (ii) The Lessee shall not change its name, identity or corporate structure in any manner which might make any financing or continuation statement filed in connection herewith seriously misleading within the meaning of Section 9-402(7) 121 of the Uniform Commercial Code or any other then applicable provision of the Uniform Commercial Code unless the Lessee shall have given the Lessor at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice thereof and shall have taken all action (or made arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change if it is impossible to take such action in advance) necessary or reasonably requested by the Lessor to amend such financing statement or continuation statement so that it is not seriously misleading. Supplemental Provisions. This Agreement supplements all other agreements and disclosures that you have with HFS FCU, including, for example, your Account Agreement and the Credit Union Bylaws.
