Supplemental Provisions definition

Supplemental Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Article XVII.
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Contracts and Grants Using Funds Provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado Agency or Institution of Higher Education.

  • Any revisions to such provisions or regulations shall automatically become a part of these Supplemental Provisions, without the necessity of either party executing any further instrument.

  • In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Supplemental Provisions and the FFATA Supplemental Provisions, the FFATA Supplemental Provisions shall control.

  • EXHIBIT K FFATA SUPPLEMENTAL FEDERAL PROVISIONS State of Colorado Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders Subject to The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (FFATA), As Amended Revised as of 3-20-13 The contract, grant, or purchase order to which these Supplemental Provisions are attached has been funded, in whole or in part, with an Award of Federal funds.

  • For the purposes of these Supplemental Provisions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below.

  • Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Transparency Act and the regulations issued pursuant thereto, including but not limited to these Supplemental Provisions.

  • Failure to comply with these Supplemental Provisions shall constitute an event of default under the Contract and the State of Colorado may terminate the Contract upon 30 days prior written notice if the default remains uncured five calendar days following the termination of the 30 day notice period.

Supplemental Provisions. This Agreement supplements all other agreements and disclosures that you have with HFS FCU, including, for example, your Account Agreement and the Credit Union Bylaws.

  • Additional Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.01.

  • General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;

  • Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Supplemental Agreement means an agreement supplemental to this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be entered into by the Secretary of State and the Company pursuant to which the Company agrees to establish and maintain, and to carry on or provide for the carrying on, and the Secretary of State agrees to fund, an Academy in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Supplemental Agreement and this Agreement;

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.
