European Union Member State definition

European Union Member State means any country that is a member state of the European Union as of the Issue Date, but not including any country which becomes a member of the European Union after the Issue Date.
European Union Member State means any country that is a member state of the European Union.
European Union Member State or “EU Member State” means a country which, for the time being, is a member state of the European Union. The list of current EU Member States is set out in Annex I to this Prospectus.
