Evaluating Committee definition

Evaluating Committee. – means the committee created in Section 2.7 of this Act.
Evaluating Committee means a committee established at a mission for the purpose of evaluating positions;
Evaluating Committee means the Fund Performance Evaluating Committee;

Examples of Evaluating Committee in a sentence

  • The determination of such substantial equality of value of consideration shall be made by the Evaluating Committee in its sole discretion and its determination shall be conclusive and binding.

Related to Evaluating Committee

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.
