Evaluation Keys definition

Evaluation Keys means such facsimile versions of AACS Keys as are supplied by, or at the direction of and under license by, AACS LA to allow a Fellow Adopter to evaluate, test and develop Evaluation Licensed Components or Evaluation Licensed Products according to the Specifications.

Related to Evaluation Keys

  • Evaluation means an appraisal of an individual’s professional performance in relation to his or her job description and professional standards and based on, when applicable, the individual’s evaluation rubric.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.
