Evaluation Day definition

Evaluation Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).
Evaluation Day means each Business Day during a Pricing Period that is not an Excluded Day.
Evaluation Day means each Business Day during a Pricing Period where the lowest intra-day trading price of the Common Stock is greater than or equal to the Trigger Price.

More Definitions of Evaluation Day

Evaluation Day means the day prior to the Dealing Day, at the end of which the Fund and Unit NAV’s are evaluated, pursuant to which purchase and redemption orders for Units are executed on the Dealing Day.
