Event Hours definition

Event Hours means the hours the Event will open each day as indicated in the Exhibitors’ Manual.
Event Hours. (subject to change) shall mean: 1 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024 (Trade and Public); 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2024 (Trade and Public); and 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 2024 (Trade and Public).
Event Hours. (subject to change) shall mean: 1 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2022 (Trade and Public); 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022 (Trade and Public); and 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2022 (Trade and Public).

  • Any hour(s) in addition to the Contracted Event Hours must be first approved by the Commission and then will be billed at the contracted rate.

More Definitions of Event Hours

Event Hours. 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Event Hours means for all Professional Football Games and Stadium Events, the four (4) hour period immediately before the start, the three (3) hour duration of the event, and the two (2) hour period immediately after the conclusion of all Professional Football Games and Stadium Events, as such periods before, during or after such events may be shortened or extended from time to time under Section 2.7.
