Event Recorders definition

Event Recorders means event recorders as specified in the Metering Code or where not so specified such other metering equipment as may be used to monitor the Frequency of the Power System;

Examples of Event Recorders in a sentence

  • CONTRACTOR must elect ONE of the following options: OPTION 1: CARRIER will furnish the Event Recorder(s) to CONTRACTOR for use in the Equipment.

  • In the event Contractor replaces the unit(s) of Equipment, Contractor agrees to make all applicable Equipment available and to allow Carrier to remove and re-install any Carrier-furnished Event Recorders in Contractor’s replace- ment Equipment.

  • OPTION 2: CONTRACTOR will furnish the Event Recorder(s) for use in the Equipment.

  • Contractor agrees to make the Equipment available to Carrier, at the location indicated by Carrier, for installation of Event Recorder(s) within a reasonable time after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request.

Related to Event Recorders

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.

  • Student record means information that constitutes education rec- ords as that term is defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g(a)(4)) [see FL] and information in a record of an applicant for admission to an educa- tional institution, including a transfer applicant.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • patient record means a written account of all services provided to a patient by the home health agency, as well as other pertinent information necessary to provide care.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
