Event Set-Up definition

Event Set-Up means the Venue set-up configuration for the Event, as specified in the Booking Form;
Event Set-Up. We will rent and set up infrastructure (tents, tables, chairs, banners) based on the detailed site map Staffing: We will staff the event to ensure efficient event day processes. Breakdown: All infrastructure will be removed and we will work with zero-waste providers to ‘leave’ no trace’. Sponsorship Management and Activations: Sales, communication, and sponsorship agreement activation will be Adventure Fit responsibility.
Event Set-Up means the Venue set-up configuration for the Event, as specified in the Booking Form; 1.1.10. “Fees” means the consideration payable, as set out in the Price Schedule by the Customer to SANEC for the rendering of the Services;

Examples of Event Set-Up in a sentence

  • Renter(s) is responsible for payment in full if event is cancelled within 14 days or less of the Event Set-Up date as provided in Section 2 hereinabove.

  • All tickets for the Event shall be sold at the purchase cost printed on the ticket plus applicable service charges, as stated in the Event Set-Up and Ticketing Information Form.

  • Note that a “dry-run” incurs no additional cost, but that a detailed Event Set-Up will incur the charges indicated on the Pricing Schedule.

  • As stated in the Event Set-Up and Ticketing Information Form, a service charge based on the ticket price shall be added to the purchase price of tickets purchased at any University of Florida box office, and shall be retained by UFPA at time of settlement.

  • As stated in the Event Set-Up and Ticketing Information Form, the purchase cost printed on all tickets sold at any University box office shall include applicable sales taxes, and said taxes will be deducted and paid by University on behalf of Presenter.

Event Set-Up means the set up formation for the Event, as specified in the Booking Form
Event Set-Up. The FIC can provide a limited number of 60” round or 6 foot rectangular tables and chairs .The Licensee or Licensee’s representative/vendor is responsible for setup and breakdown of all rented equipment. Any and all equipment, food, flowers, etc. must be removed from the building immediately following the event. The FIC is not responsible or liable for any equipment left at the facility, or its disposal, after the end of the event. The FIC’s agents will setup and break down all FIC-supplied or -owned equipment.

Related to Event Set-Up

  • Switch Event Date means the date recorded in the Registry as being the date on which a trader assumes responsibility for an ICP;

  • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
