Exar Capital definition

Exar Capital means Exar Capital, B.V., the Company’s 49%-owned investee incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands through which the Company and Ganfeng provide financing to Minera Exar for the purpose of advancing the construction of the Caucharí-Olaroz Project;
Exar Capital means Exar Capital, B.V., the Company’s joint venture subsidiary incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands through which it holds its interest in the Cauchari-Olaroz Project;
Exar Capital means Exar Capital, B.V., the Company’s 62.5% joint venture subsidiary incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands through which it funds the development of the Cauchari-Olaroz Project;
