Capital definition

Capital means the share capital from time to time of the Company;
Capital means the share capital for the time being raised or authorised to be raised for the purpose of the Company.
Capital of any Purchaser Interest means, at any time, (A) the Purchase Price of such Purchaser Interest, minus (B) the sum of the aggregate amount of Collections and other payments received by the Administrative Agent which in each case are applied to reduce such Capital in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; provided that such Capital shall be restored (in accordance with Section 2.5) in the amount of any Collections or other payments so received and applied if at any time the distribution of such Collections or payments are rescinded, returned or refunded for any reason.

  • Upon the expiry of such notice, the Society shall, subject to Condition 7.6, repay the Perpetual Capital Securities accordingly.

  • Each Certificate will be numbered serially with an identifying number which will be recorded on the relevant Certificate and in the Perpetual Capital Securities Register, and will specify the nominal amount of Perpetual Capital Securities registered in the name of such holder(s) as at the time of issue of such Certificate.

Capital means the amount paid to the Seller in respect of the Purchased Interest by the Issuer pursuant to the Agreement, or such amount divided or combined in order to determine the Discount applicable to any Portion of Capital, in each case reduced from time to time by Collections distributed and applied on account of such Capital pursuant to Section 1.4(d) of the Agreement; provided, that if such Capital shall have been reduced by any distribution, and thereafter all or a portion of such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason, such Capital shall be increased by the amount of such rescinded or returned distribution as though it had not been made.
