Excess Barrels definition

Excess Barrels means, with respect to any Month, all Barrels of crude petroleum and refined petroleum products shipped by TRMC on the Short Haul Pipelines during such Month in excess of the Minimum Throughput Commitment.
Excess Barrels means, with respect to any Month, all Barrels of Products shipped by TRMC on the LAR Short Haul Pipelines during such Month in excess of the Minimum Throughput Volume.
Excess Barrels has the meaning set forth in Section 5(b).

  • The dollar amount of any Shortfall Payment included in the monthly invoice described in Section 6(c) below and paid by TRMC shall be posted as a credit to TRMC’s account (the “Credit”), and such Credit shall be applied in subsequent monthly invoices against amounts owed by TRMC for Transportation Fees on Excess Barrels shipped on the Short Haul Pipelines during any of the succeeding three (3) Months.

  • The dollar amount of any Shortfall Payment included in the monthly invoice described in Section 6(c) below and paid by TRMC shall be posted as a credit to TRMC’s account (the “Credit”), and such Credit shall be applied in subsequent monthly invoices against amounts owed by TRMC for Excess Barrels shipped on the intrastate portion of the Pipeline System during any of the succeeding three (3) Months.

  • The dollar amount of any Shortfall Payment included in the monthly invoice described in Section 6(d) below and paid by TRMC shall be posted as a credit to TRMC’s account (the “Credit”), and such Credit shall be applied in subsequent monthly invoices against amounts owed by TRMC for Throughput Fees on Excess Barrels shipped on the LAR Short Haul Pipelines during any of the succeeding three (3) Months.

  • For purposes of calculating the amount owed by TRMC for shipments of Excess Barrels in any Month, the number of Excess Barrels shipped on each Tariff Section of the Pipeline System shall be deemed to be equal to (i) the total number of Excess Barrels shipped during such Month times (ii) the result of (A) the total number of Barrels shipped on such Tariff Section during such Month divided by (B) the total number of Barrels shipped on all Tariff Sections the Pipeline System during such Month.

  • To the extent that Shipper ships Excess Barrels during any following Calendar Quarter within the same Year in which the Deficiency Payment is made, such Deficiency Payment shall be treated as a credit toward and applied against xxxxxxxx for those Excess Barrels.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Section 4, the tariff rate payable for any Excess Barrels shall be the Non-Incentive Rate for uncommitted volumes set forth in the Rate Tariff (the “Non-Incentive Rate”).

  • If, during any Month, TRMC ships Excess Barrels, then TRMC shall pay to TLO, in addition to the Transportation Fee owed for actual Barrels shipped and delivered during such Month, an amount equal to (i) all Excess Barrels multiplied by (ii) the Transportation Fee (the "Excess Barrels Payment").

  • The dollar amount of any Monthly Shortfall Payment included in the Monthly invoice described in Section 6(f) below and paid by TRMC shall be posted as a credit to TRMC's account (the "Credit"), and such Credit shall be applied in subsequent Monthly invoices against the Excess Barrels Payment owed by TRMC during any of the succeeding three (3) Months.

  • Among other things, the CPSIA establishes the toy safety standards of the manufacturer’s trade group, the American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM F963) as they existed in August 2008, as the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s standard if the Commission does not have a different standard.

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

  • Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer or "LCM" is the Network Element that does one or more of the following: aggregates lower bit rate or bandwidth signals to higher bit rate or bandwidth signals (multiplexing); disaggregates higher bit rate or bandwidth signals to lower bit rate or bandwidth signals (demultiplexing); aggregates a specified number of signals or channels to fewer channels (concentrating); performs signal conversion, including encoding of signals (e.g., analog to digital and digital to analog signal conversion); or in some instances performs electrical to optical (E/O) conversion. LCM includes DLC, and D4 channel banks and may be located in Remote Terminals or Central Offices.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of, without duplication,

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Fuel Additive means any substance designed to be added to fuel or fuel systems or other engine-related engine systems such that it is present in-cylinder during combustion and has any of the following effects: decreased emissions, improved fuel economy, increased performance of the engine; or assists diesel emission control strategies in decreasing emissions, or improving fuel economy or increasing performance of the engine.

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Injection Point means the Electric Interconnection Point.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group AA Obligor, 30.00%, (ii) for any Group A Obligor, 17.50%, (iii) for any Group B Obligor, 15.00%, (iv) for any Group C Obligor, 12.50% and (v) for any Group D Obligor, 7.50%.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Unloaded means, with respect to a firearm employing a percussion cap, flintlock, or other obsolete ignition system, when the weapon is uncapped or when the priming charge is removed from the pan.
