Excess Cash Flow Certificate definition

Excess Cash Flow Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit E.
Excess Cash Flow Certificate means a certificate, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of Holdings, appropriately completed and substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Excess Cash Flow Certificate means a certificate delivered by a Senior Officer of Tucows Inc. to the Agent in the form of Exhibit “G”.
