Excess Cash Flow Guaranty definition

Excess Cash Flow Guaranty means an Excess Cash Flow Guaranty entered into by an Excess Cash Flow Guarantor for the benefit of Lender in the form of the Excess Cash Flow Guaranty attached hereto as Exhibit C and entered into in accordance with Section 7.5.2(c) hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
