Examples of Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service in a sentence
Any amounts of Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service in excess of the Debt shall be paid to Borrower.
On each date on which Lender actually receives a distribution of Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service, Borrower shall prepay the outstanding principal balance of the Note in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of such Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service, together with interest accruing on such amount calculated through and including the end of the Interest Period in which such payment occurs.
In the event Lender receives a distribution of Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service on a date other than a Payment Date, such amounts shall be held by Lender as collateral security for the Loan in an interest bearing account, with such interest accruing to the benefit of Borrower, and shall be applied by Lender on the next Payment Date.
On each date on which Lender actually receives a distribution of Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service, if such date is a Payment Date, such Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service shall be applied to the outstanding principal balance of the Note in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of such Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service, together with interest that would have accrued on such amount through the next Payment Date and all other sums then due.
Lender shall not be limited to the interest paid on the Award by the condemning authority but shall be entitled to receive out of the Net Liquidation Proceeds After Debt Service at the rate or rates provided herein or in the Note.
