Excess Cash Flow Purchase Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21(b)(2).
Excess Cash Flow Purchase Date the Company shall purchase the principal amount of Notes required to be purchased pursuant to this Section 4.18 or, if less than the Excess Cash Flow Offer Amount has been tendered, all Notes validly tendered in response to the Excess Cash Flow Offer.
