Excess CCTV Concentration Amount definition

Excess CCTV Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination, the amount, if any by which (a) the aggregate Financed Unpaid Balances of all Eligible Receivables in the Receivable Pool which relate to the “CCTV” Product Type, as of such date of determination, exceeds (b) 1.00% of the aggregate Financed Unpaid Balances of all Eligible Receivables in the Receivable Pool, as of such date of determination.
Excess CCTV Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination, the amount, if any by which (a) the aggregate Financed Unpaid Balances of all Eligible Receivables in the Receivable Pool which relate to the “CCTV” Product Type, as of such date of determination, exceeds (b) [REDACTED] of the aggregate Financed Unpaid Balances of all Eligible Receivables in the Receivable Pool, as of such date of determination.
