Excess Collateral Minimum Rate definition

Excess Collateral Minimum Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period, the rate per annum specified in the Transfer and Administration Agreement; provided, however, that the Excess Collateral Minimum Rate shall not exceed a rate of 1.50% per annum in excess of LIBOR as determined on the related LIBOR Determination Date.

Related to Excess Collateral Minimum Rate

  • Excess Collateral Amount means, at any time, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount, and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance, over (b) the Note Principal Balance.

  • Excess Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

  • Excess Rate With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Maximum Collateral Amount The sum of the Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date of the Initial Mortgage Loans and the Original Pre-Funded Amount.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Excess Overcollateralized Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Overcollateralized Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated for this purpose only after assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date has been distributed) over (ii) the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
