Excess Collection Amount definition

Excess Collection Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.2(d).
Excess Collection Amount means on any Settlement Date during the Revolving Period the amount, as calculated on the immediately preceding Calculation Date, by which the Replenishment Amount exceeds the aggregate Purchase Price payable by the Issuer to the Seller on such Settlement Date pursuant to the terms of the Master Purchase Agreement.
Excess Collection Amount means, on the last Business Day of each week, after accounting for reasonably anticipated receipts and disbursements (including professional fees) permitted in accordance with the Closing Budget by the Borrowers on such Business Day, an amount equal to all cash or Cash Equivalents collected (or to be collected) by the Borrowers in excess of $4,000,000.

  • Allocation Amount means, as of the Closing Date, the Series 2017-2 Stated Principal Amount and on any date of determination thereafter, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the Allocation Amount determined as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of determination immediately prior to the then current date of determination, plus (b) the amount of all increases in the Series 2017-2 Stated Principal Amount resulting from the issuance of additional Series 2017-2 Notes since the prior date of determination, plus (c) all reimbursements, as provided in Section 4.04(e) or otherwise, of reductions in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge- Offs or Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, minus (d) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.07, minus (e) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to the application of Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.08, minus (f) the amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account or (without duplication) deposited into the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 4.05(c) or paid to the Series 2017-2 Noteholders (in each case, after giving effect to any deposits, allocations, reallocations or withdrawals to be made on that day) since the prior date of determination; provided, however, that (1) the Allocation Amount may never be less than zero, (2) the Allocation Amount may never be greater than the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount and (3) if there is a sale of Collateral in accordance with Section 4.14, the Allocation Amount will be reduced to zero upon such sale.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2019-4 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2019-4 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Available Funds Shortfall As defined in Section 3.03(b)(ii)(A).

  • Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Pool Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the aggregate of (A) the interest portion of any Monthly Payment on a Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group (net of the Servicing Fee) and the principal portion of any Monthly Payment on a Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group due on the Due Date in the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and which is received prior to the related Determination Date (or in the case of any Monthly Covered Amount, the related Remittance Date) and (B) all Periodic Advances and payments of Compensating Interest made by the Servicer in respect of such Loan Group and Distribution Date deposited to the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(vii); (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the preceding calendar month and deposited to the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(iii); (iii) all Principal Prepayments (other than Total Covered Amounts) received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and deposited to the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(i) during such period and all Total Covered Amounts received and deposited in the Servicer Custodial Account by the related Remittance Date; (iv) in connection with Defective Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group or Converted Mortgage Loans, as applicable, the aggregate of the Repurchase Prices and Substitution Adjustment Amounts deposited on the related Remittance Date pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(vi); (v) any other amounts in the Servicer Custodial Account deposited therein pursuant to Sections 3.08(b)(iv), (v) and (ix) in respect of such Distribution Date and such Loan Group; (vi) any Reimbursement Amount required to be included pursuant to Section 5.02(a) and (vii) any Recovery with respect to such Distribution Date over (b) any (i) amounts permitted to be withdrawn from the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to clauses (i) through (vii), inclusive, of Section 3.11(a) in respect of such Loan Group and (ii) amounts permitted to be withdrawn from the Certificate Account pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 3.11(b) in respect of such Loan Group.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).
