Excess Pool Net WAC Rate Amount. For any Distribution Date and the Class A-1 Certificates, the positive excess, if any, of (i) the amount of interest accrued on the Class A-1 Certificates for such Distribution Date calculated at the Pool Net WAC Rate over (ii) the amount of interest accrued on the Class A-1 Certificates at the Net WAC Rate for the Class A-1 Certificates.
