Direct Exchange definition

Direct Exchange has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03(a).

Examples of Direct Exchange in a sentence

• An Exchange Election Notice may be revoked by the Corporation at any time; provided, that any such revocation does not unreasonably prejudice the ability of the parties to consummate a Redemption or Direct Exchange on the Redemption Date.
