Excluded Current Assets means, collectively, (a) any prepaid expenses or fees in connection with the CSC Outsourcing Arrangement, (b) the deposit paid by MCI in connection with MCI’s car leasing arrangement with PHH FleetAmerica Corporation, (c) the $212,000 Letter of Credit for the benefit of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation issued by Bank One on behalf of MCI and (d) any deposit or prepayment related to an Excluded Liability.
