Excluded Parts definition

Excluded Parts means Spare Parts and Appliances held by the Company at a location not a Designated Location.

Excluded Parts means any audio-visual, entertainment, telephonic or other passenger convenience equipment owned by third parties (or owned jointly by the Borrower and others) and leased or otherwise furnished to the Borrower in the ordinary course of business.

Excluded Parts means those parts listed in the table entitled “List of spare parts excluded from 365 Boiler Care” annexed to these Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Excluded Parts in a sentence

• Excluded Parts and Supplies: Tire chains, sirens, warning lights, cool cushions, spray paint and convenience decorative items are not authorized to be purchased under this Agreement.

• The Company shall not suffer or permit any Pledged Spare Parts at any Designated Location to be commingled with any Excluded Parts.

• Excluded Parts or Componentsloss of or damage to cutting edges machine tools trailing cables flexible pipes driving belts and chains or conveyor bands unless accompanied by loss of or damage to the complete item.

• Such insti- tutions are identified as being ineli- gible on the Governmentwide Excluded Parts List System (EPLS).

• Except for Excluded Parts (as hereinafter defined), Steel Green agrees to repair or replace, at its option, anyoriginal component of the Equipment that is defective in material or workmanship (collectively “Warranty Service”).

More Definitions of Excluded Parts

Excluded Parts means (i) Pledged Spare Parts held by the Company at a location that is not a Designated Location, (ii) branded inventory consisting of Spare Parts that are specific to the Company (such as seat covers, logos, carpet and decals) which have limited value to third parties, (iii) customer or vendor inventory, (iv) Spare Parts that have been temporarily loaned to other airlines and are not in the Company’s possession, (v) obsolete and retired parts (including, for this purpose, any Spare Parts held for consignment by AirLiance), and (vi) custom Spare Parts consisting of Expendables designed or modified by the Company which have limited or no demand from other parties.

Excluded Parts means (i) any Spare Part (including an Appliance) specifically identifiable by any Person, other than the Administrative Agent and any Secured Party, as having been removed from an Encumbered Aircraft or an Encumbered Engine, as the case may be, and under the document creating such security interest the financier has a continuing security interest therein, until any such Spare Part is replaced on such Encumbered Aircraft or Encumbered Engine, as the case may be or (ii) any Hazardous Materials.

Excluded Parts means Spare Parts and Appliances (a) not located at a Designated Location, or (b) subject to a Loan to any Person. Collateral Maintenance Agreement

Excluded Parts means (i) Expendable Parts that are not stored on a shelf or within an area marked with the signs and inscriptions required pursuant to Section 3.02(d) at a Designated Location, (ii) Spare Parts and Appliances that are stored at an Excluded Location established in accordance with Section 3.02(b)(3) of the Mortgage and (iii) Hazardous Materials.
