Excursion Vessel definition

Excursion Vessel means a self-propelled vessel that transports passengers for purposes including, but not limited to, dinner cruises; harbor, lake, or river tours; scuba diving expeditions; and whale watching tours. “Excursion Vessel” does not include crew and supply vessels, ferries, and recreational vessels.
