Excused Outage definition

Excused Outage means any disruption to or unavailability of Services caused by or due to (i) Scheduled Maintenance,
Excused Outage has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2. “Facility” shall have the meaning given to that term in Recital A.
Excused Outage means an Excused Outage (as defined in the TSA) other than any such Excused Outage due to outages or reductions in the availability of the Québec Line.

  • For any day in which CenturyLink fails to meet the notification and/or resolution Service Levels for reasons other than an Excused Outage, Customer will be entitled to a service credit equal to 1/30th of the MRC of the Service at the applicable Customer site.

  • An Excused Outage will not be counted as a violation of this Schedule Measurement Period Calendar monthly periods, pro-rated for the month in which the Service Ready Date occurs.

  • Example Assumptions: • Current Monthly Recurring Fees are $10,000; • Available Time in the applicable calendar month is 43,200 minutes (30x24x60); • During the applicable month, Fire Dog made the Signal available for a total of 40,320 minutes; • There was an aggregate period of 48 hours (2,880 minutes) where the Signal was not available affecting all of the Programming Content; • Of the 48 hours referenced above, twenty-four (24) hours (1,440) were attributable to an Excused Outage.


More Definitions of Excused Outage

Excused Outage has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4. Execution Date – means the date by which both Parties have executed this Agreement.
