Executable Quote definition

Executable Quote means when a quote is priced at or within the specified price band;
Executable Quote means an actionable indication of interest sent by a Dealer
Executable Quote means the type of order that must be used by specialists on the MTA, MIV, MOT, SeDeX and ETFplus markets to perform the obligations established in the Rules. This type of order allows such specialists to update their bid and offer quotations with a single operation;

  • Executable Quote maximum spreadThe spread between the bid and offer prices must be at least one tick size and subject to the maximum spread floor no more than the maximum spread percentage specified for the relevant security.

  • Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.

  • Indicative Quote means a Quote at which the Company has the right not to accept any Instructions or execute any Orders.

  • Competitive Bid Quote Request means the notice, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto, to be delivered by the Company in accordance with Section 2.03 in requesting Competitive Bid Quotes.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Competitive Bid Quote means a response submitted by a Lender to the Administrative Agent or the Borrower, as the case may be with respect to an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes in the form attached as Exhibit C-3.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Request for Quote (RFQ means the solicitation document issued by OA/FMDC to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • CREFC® Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Publicly Available Software means any open source or free Software (including any Software licensed pursuant to a GNU public license) or other Software that requires as a condition of use, modification or distribution that other Software incorporated into, derived from or distributed with such Software (a) be disclosed or distributed in source code form, (b) be licensed for the purpose of making derivative works or (c) be redistributable at no charge.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Error Quote (Spike) means an Error Quote with the following characteristics:

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
