Executive agency lobbying activity, retirement system lobbying activity, or actively advocating by a person required to register with the joint legislative ethics committee under section 101.78, 101.92, or 121.62 of the Revised Code.
Executive agency lobbying activity" means contacts made to promote, oppose, or otherwise influence the outcome of an executive agency decision by direct communication withan electedexecutive official, the director of any department listed insection 121.02 of the Revised Code, any executive agency official,a member of the staff of any public officer or employee listed inthis division, any person described in division (E)(2) of this section, or the Ohio casino control commission.
