Executive agency lobbying activity definition

Executive agency lobbying activity means contacts made to promote, oppose, or otherwise influence the outcome of an executive agency decision by direct communication with an elected executive official, the director of any department listed in section 121.02 of the Revised Code, any executive agency official, a member of the staff of any public officer or employee listed in this division, any person described in division (E)(2) of this section, or the Ohio casino control commission. "Lobbying activity" does not include any of the following:
