Executive Board Members definition

Executive Board Members means the members of the Executive Board elected and appointed under Article 57.
Executive Board Members means, unless specified otherwise, the members of the Executive Board elected and appointed under the Constitution.

  • The Union will provide the Employer written notice of any bargaining unit employees serving as a Union Executive Board Members.

  • The Union shall provide the Human Resources Office quarterly as well as after any election the names of its authorized Business Representative, Union President or designee, other Union Officers, Executive Board Members, Committee Members and Union Stewards assigned to the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement.

  • Only Parties with a Share equal to or greater than the share specified directly above shall be entitled to determine the number of Executive Board Members, and to vote for the appointment of the members of the Executive Board (“Electing Parties”).

  • Union shall give annually to all heads of departments represented in this MOU and the City Administrative Officer a written list of its Union Staff Representatives, Local Union Officers, Executive Board Members and Local Union Grievance Representatives which list shall be kept current by Union.
