Executive Career Transition Services definition

Executive Career Transition Services means full use of a national outplacement consultant (e.g., Challenger, Xxxx & Christmas, Inc., Right Associates) or other consultant mutually agreeable to the Company and Executive; office space, secretarial support; technological support; equipment and supplies of a quality substantively equal to those provided during the Employment Period, and continuation of expense reimbursement for professional and trade association participation on the same terms as during the Employment Period.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Supported employment services means provision of job training and supervision available to assist an individual who needs intensive ongoing support to choose, get, and keep a job in a community business setting. Supported employment is a service planned in partnership with public vocational assistance agencies and school districts and through Social Security Work Incentives when available.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
