Executive Mortgage definition

Executive Mortgage means the Open-End Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, dated as of the date hereof, made by 15 Executive Borrower in favor of Mortgagee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Mortgage Insurer means CMHC, Genworth Financial Insurance Company Canada, or any other company that insures the payment of mortgages to mortgage lenders.
