Exempt Beneficial Owner means a person described in §1.1471-1(b)(42) of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations and includes any person that is treated as an exempt beneficial owner under an applicable Model 1 or Model 2 Inter- governmental Agreement between the U.S. and the country of the person.
