Exempt Event definition

Exempt Event means with respect to any Person, the acquisition by such Person of Beneficial Ownership of Common Stock solely as a result of the occurrence of a Triggering Event and the effect of such Triggering Event on the last proviso of clause (ii) of the definition of Beneficial Owner, other than a Triggering Event in which such Person becomes an Acquiring Person.
Exempt Event means a recreational event, training session or sporting competition, organised and supervised by the WA Disabled Sports Association (Inc.) or one or more of the WA Disabled Sports Association (Inc.) member clubs;

More Definitions of Exempt Event

Exempt Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.
