Examples of Exempt Event in a sentence
Service Credits are not available in respect of any outage or unavailability of the Service associated with an Exempt Event.
The last sentence of Section 31 of the Rights Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as follows: Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give any holder of Rights or any other Person any legal or equitable rights, remedy or claim under this Agreement in connection with any Exempt Event or Additional Exempt Event.

For the purposes herein, an Exempt Event of Default shall mean an Event of Default referenced in paragraph 10(a), subparagraphs (i), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), (xi), (xii) and (xiii), unless the Defaulting Party has demonstrated to the reasonable satisfaction of the non-Defaulting Party that such default under Sections subparagraphs (xi), (xii) or (xiii) was caused solely by an event, condition or circumstance other than a failure to pay money or deliver an asset.
