Member Clubs definition

Member Clubs or “Clubs” or “Members”: shall mean those Clubs or Competitions registered as affiliated to British Rowing from time to time and classified as being in Eastern Region and shall include Universities, Colleges and Schools so registered.

Member Clubs means a Club listed as a Member Club in the Register of Members pursuant to Rule 3.14 of the SMJFL Statement of Purposes & Rules.

Member Clubs has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.

Examples of Member Clubs in a sentence

• Membership shall also include Member Soccer Clubs (Member Clubs) or Member Leagues and its teams (classified as Affiliate Members), and the Board of Directors, and may also consist of Associate Clubs (Associate Clubs), and Affiliate Members.

• In addition to Member Clubs, Associate Clubs and Affiliate Members may attend such meetings, but shall not have a vote.

• When two or more clubs amalgamate, they may, at the commencement of the next season after amalgamation, nominate in the competition a similar number of sides, and at the same levels, as were held by each of the Member Clubs at the conclusion of the preceding season after promotions and demotions had been determined.

More Definitions of Member Clubs

Member Clubs means the clubs, societies, or other associations who are organized to carry out similar goals as the Society and have been accepted as a member of the Society;

Member Clubs means the professional football teams currently comprising the NFL together with any other professional football teams admitted as members of the NFL after the Effective Date.
