Exercise Condition definition

Exercise Condition shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2 hereof.
Exercise Condition means a condition or conditions imposed under Rule 2.2;
Exercise Condition means in respect of an Option any condition set out in the Offer which must be satisfied before that Option can be exercised or any other restriction on exercise of that Option specified in the Offer or in these Rules.

Examples of Exercise Condition in a sentence

  • Following the satisfaction of the Exercise Condition described in Article 1.1, this Warrant will be exercisable in whole or in part at any time and from time to time on or before the Expiration Date.

  • This Warrant may be exercised by the Holder on any day on or after the date the Exercise Condition has been satisfied (an “Exercise Date”), in whole or in part, by delivery (whether via facsimile or otherwise) of a written notice, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Exercise Notice”), of the Holder’s election to exercise this Warrant.

  • An Exercise Condition for an Award may, subject to any applicable laws, regulations and the Listing Rules, be waived by the Board by written notice to the relevant Participant and on such terms and conditions as determined by the Board and set out in that notice.
