Exhibit Contract definition

Exhibit Contract means the 2021 Exhibit Contract for the Show entered into between the Exhibitor and Show Management. “Exhibitor” means the company or individual who has entered into the 2021 Exhibit Contract.

  • By signing the Application to Contract for Exhibit Space (hereinafter referred to as "Exhibit Contract" or “Agreement”), Exhibitor agrees to abide by these Terms, Rules, and Regulations and all amendments thereto and decisions of Show Management, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
