Existing Beneficiary definition

Existing Beneficiary means the person identified as the ‘Existing Beneficiary’ in Schedule 2 (Parties and Notice Details).
Existing Beneficiary means a person having firm allocation from a central power generating station on the date of coming into force of these regulations and who has entered into Bulk Power Transmission Agreement with the Central Transmission Utility;
Existing Beneficiary means a person who is a user of the transmission / distribution system on the date of coming into force of these regulations either as a generator or transmission licensee or distribution licensee or deemed licensee or otherwise permitted to its user.

Existing Beneficiary means a person who is a user of the transmission system or distribution network on the date of commencement of these regulations either as a generating company or as a transmission licensee or distribution licensee;
