Existing beneficiary definition

Existing beneficiary means the person identified as the ‘Existing Beneficiary’ in Schedule 2 (Parties and Notice Details).
Existing beneficiary means a person having firm allocation from a central power generating station on the date of coming into force of these regulations and who has entered into Bulk Power Transmission Agreement with the Central Transmission Utility;
