Existing Buyer Certificate of Incorporation definition

Existing Buyer Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Buyer, filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on December 7, 2020, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
Existing Buyer Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Buyer, filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on January 14, 2021, as amended prior to and in effect on the date hereof.
