On the Closing Date, the Revolving Loans of each Lender outstanding under the Existing Credit Facility (each as defined therein) on the Closing Date (immediately prior to the occurrence thereof), as set forth as “ Existing Closing Date Loans” in Schedule 2.1(a)(i), shall be continued (on a cashless basis), and shall constitute and remain outstanding as Revolving Loans hereunder.
