Tender Closing Date definition

Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Tender Notice;
Tender Closing Date means, in respect of each Property for Tender, the tenderclosing date(s) and time(s) applicable to that Property for Tender as set out in the Sales Arrangements;
Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of the Schedule tothe Tender Notice;
