Existing Demand Resource definition

Existing Demand Resource means a Demand Resource for which the Demand Resource Provider has identified existing end-use customer sites that are registered for the current Delivery Year with PJM (even if not registered by such Demand Resource Provider) and that the Demand Resource Provider reasonably expects to have under a contract to reduce load based on PJM dispatch instructions by the start of the Delivery Year for which such resource is offered.

Examples of Existing Demand Resource in a sentence

  • In any round of the Forward Capacity Auction in which prices are below the Dynamic De-List Bid Threshold, any Existing Generating Capacity Resource, Existing Import Capacity Resource, or Existing Demand Resource (but not any Self-Supplied FCA Resources) may submit a Dynamic De-List Bid at prices below the Dynamic De-List Bid Threshold.

  • Proposals for the reduction of capacity from an Existing Demand Resource or an Existing Generating Capacity Resource below its Qualified Capacity amount for the relevant Capacity Commitment Period, including unit retirement, are reviewed for reliability impact pursuant to the terms set out in Section III.13.2.5.2.5 of the Tariff.

  • In any round of the Forward Capacity Auction in which prices are below$1.00/kW-month, any Existing Generating Capacity Resource, Existing Import Capacity Resource, or Existing Demand Resource (but not any Self-Supplied FCA Resources) may submit a Dynamic De-List Bid at prices below $1.00/kW-month.

  • Existing Demand Resource shall mean a Demand Resource for which the Demand Resource Provider has identified existing end-use customer sites that are registered for the current Delivery Year with PJM (even if not registered by such Demand Resource Provider) and that the Demand Resource Provider reasonably expects to have under a contract to reduce load based on PJM dispatch instructions by the start of the Delivery Year for which such resource is offered.

  • The Demand Resource Provider shall certify whether or not the Existing Demand Resource end use customer site(s) and Planned Demand Resource is entitled to a State Subsidy.
