Customer Sites. Employees working at a customer site will be assigned schedules based on customer needs. Schedules will follow one of the scheduled formats below:
Customer Sites. (i) The Union will be provided with any shift requirements on a customer site in writing as soon as the Employer is aware of the customer request. The explanation will include a contractual commitment on a customer’s site. The Union will meet with the Employer to discuss the circumstances and agree upon terms and conditions that will address the needs of the situation in a timely fashion.
(ii) The classifications required to fulfill the contract will be included in the notification to the Union.
(iii) All positions will be posted and the shift configuration will be explained on the posting.
Customer Sites. Support under this Program Module is provided only for Supported Product or Technology located at the Customer Site. Support for additional Customer Sites may be purchased from Sun at an additional fee.
Customer Sites. The CUSTOMER’s location(s), specified on the Sales Order, where Covered Component(s) reside(s).
Customer Sites. Employees working at a customer site will be assigned schedules based on customer needs. Schedules will follow one of the scheduled formats below: - 7 days on and 7 days off, 14 days on and 14 days off; OR - 6 days on and 6 days off and 12 days on and 12 days off. The facility/site shift schedule will be included on all postings. However, employees will also be advised that shift schedules may change upon customer request and or workload.
Customer Sites. Customer agrees to provide MCI WorldCom and its subcontractors and their respective employees and agents access to Customer’s sites where any Services are provided (including access to associated equipment) as necessary for MCI WorldCom and its subcontractors to perform the Services.
Customer Sites. Customer’s metered locations to which Banning shall provide Electric Service under this Agreement as listed in Exhibit “A”.
Customer Sites. 22.1 If providing a Solution at a Customer Site:
(A) The Customer shall provide all necessary security passes and controlled access for Supplier Personnel who are to have access to any Customer Site.
(B) The Customer shall provide a suitable working space, equipment, and all other necessary items to enable the Supplier Personnel to carry out the Solution.
(C) The Customer shall be responsible for the health and safety of all Supplier Personnel at the Customer Sites.
Customer Sites. Customer agrees to provide Hexagon and its subcontractors and their respective employees and agents access to Customer's sites where any Hexagon services are provided (including access to associated equipment) as necessary for Hexagon and its subcontractors to perform the Hexagon services.
Customer Sites. 4.1 The Customer shall provide a contact person for each Customer Site to enable the installation of Services Equipment and shall procure an appropriate supply of electricity and other utilities and services at each Customer Site as may be required to receive, access or use the Managed Network Services.
4.2 The Customer authorises Three (and third parties acting on behalf of Three) to access Customer Sites to install the Services Equipment at the Customer Sites. The Customer additionally authorises Three (and third parties acting on behalf of Three) to access Customer Sites at the expiry of this Agreement in order to disconnect and remove the Services Equipment located at Customer Sites.
4.3 Three (and any third party acting on behalf of Three) will observe the Customer Site Policies as previously advised in writing to Three. In the event of any conflict between the Customer Site Policies and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will control and prevail.
4.4 Three (and any third party acting on behalf of Three) may need to access Customer Sites from time to time (for example, for installation, repairs, maintenance or upgrades) and Customer agrees to permit such access (and agrees not to unreasonably withhold access permissions in this regard).
4.5 The Customer will procure a safe and suitable working environment for Three personnel (and for any third party personnel acting on Three’s behalf) that are provided with access to Customer Sites in connection with this Agreement.
