Customer Sites. (i) The Union will be provided with any shift requirements on a customer site in writing as soon as the Employer is aware of the customer request. The explanation will include a contractual commitment on a customer’s site. The Union will meet with the Employer to discuss the circumstances and agree upon terms and conditions that will address the needs of the situation in a timely fashion.
(ii) The classifications required to fulfill the contract will be included in the notification to the Union.
(iii) All positions will be posted and the shift configuration will be explained on the posting.
Customer Sites. Support under this Program Module is provided only for Supported Product or Technology located at the Customer Site. Support for additional Customer Sites may be purchased from Sun at an additional fee.

Customer agrees to provide MCI WorldCom and its subcontractors and their respective employees and agents access to Customer’s sites where any Services are provided (including access to associated equipment) as necessary for MCI WorldCom and its subcontractors to perform the Services.

Customer Sites. Customer’s metered locations to which Banning shall provide Electric Service under this Agreement as listed in Exhibit “A”.
Customer Sites. 22.1 If providing a Solution at a Customer Site:
(A) The Customer shall provide all necessary security passes and controlled access for Supplier Personnel who are to have access to any Customer Site.
(B) The Customer shall provide a suitable working space, equipment, and all other necessary items to enable the Supplier Personnel to carry out the Solution.
(C) The Customer shall be responsible for the health and safety of all Supplier Personnel at the Customer Sites.
Customer Sites. 9.1 The Customer shall provide the Supplier and its Personnel with access to the Customer Sites as reasonably required by the Supplier to perform the Services and deliver the Assets.
9.2 The Customer shall ensure that the Customer Sites are in a suitable condition for the Supplier to supply the Services and Deliverables and that they have appropriate security, power and other facilities as the Supplier would reasonably expect for its Personnel to perform their responsibilities in connection with the Contract.
9.3 The Supplier shall procure that its Personnel observe the Customer Site Rules while at any Customer Site.
