Existing Investor Rights Agreement definition

Existing Investor Rights Agreement means the Third Amended and Restated Investor Rights Agreement by and among the Registrant and the investors named therein, dated June 17, 2010, as amended through the date hereof.
Existing Investor Rights Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Investor Rights Agreement, originally dated as of October 19, 1999, by and among the Company and certain stockholders of the Company, as amended by the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Investor Rights Agreement, dated as of March 16, 2000, and the Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Investor Rights Agreement, dated as of October 19, 2000.
