Examples of Existing Licensees in a sentence
For Existing Licensees, as defined in Section I of this Agreement, the licensing fee for the first twelve (12) months of the Term, shall be reduced to five hundred US dollars ($500.00 USD).

Schedule 1.1(b) contains a complete and accurate list of all Existing Licensees and NPS has delivered to WEG a true, correct and complete copy of any Existing Licenses.
