Existing Licensees means the persons holding licence on the date of commencement of these regulations;

Examples of Existing Licensees in a sentence

  • Parties may not decline to negotiate, though Existing Licensees may decline to be relocated.

  • For Existing Licensees, as defined in Section I of this Agreement, the licensing fee for the first twelve (12) months of the Term, shall be reduced to five hundred US dollars ($500.00 USD).
