Existing Licensees definition

Existing Licensees means the persons holding licence on the date of commencement of these regulations;
Existing Licensees means Licensees that were licensed to offer the Courses during the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date.
Existing Licensees means, as applicable, Pharma Pacific Management Pty, Ltd. (PPM), HBL and Interferon Sciences, Inc. (ISI), their successors, transferees and licensees.

Examples of Existing Licensees in a sentence

  • For Existing Licensees, as defined in Section I of this Agreement, the licensing fee for the first twelve (12) months of the Term, shall be reduced to five hundred US dollars ($500.00 USD).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Existing Licensees may enforce the terms of clause 2.5, the Indemnified Parties (as defined in clause 9.1) may enforce the terms of clause 9.1 (subject to and in accordance with clause 9), and Imperial College may enforce the terms of clause 7.6.

  • Schedule 1.1(b) contains a complete and accurate list of all Existing Licensees and NPS has delivered to WEG a true, correct and complete copy of any Existing Licenses.


More Definitions of Existing Licensees

Existing Licensees means all NPS customers and licensees listed in Schedule 1.1(b).
Existing Licensees means the persons and entities listed in the definition ofPermitted Purposes” in Schedule 1; Force Majeure Event means any event which arises from or is attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of and not reasonably foreseeable by the Licensee, which are liable to affect performance of the obligations in this Agreement after the exercise of reasonable diligence except that: (a) lack of funds; (b) default or misconduct by any third party employed or engaged as an agent or contractor by the Licensee; and (c) shortage of materials, equipment or supplies; shall not constitute a Force Majeure Event unless caused by events or circumstances which are themselves Force Majeure Events;
Existing Licensees means the licensees of the Trademarks in the Territory under license agreements outstanding as of the date hereof and identified on Exhibit C hereto.
