The Courses. Each Web-based training course (each, a “WBT Course”) must be started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased and completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started. If the WBT Course is not started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased or is not completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started, the right to take or complete the WBT Course will expire without right of refund. Each WBT Course may only be taken by one person.

The Courses. We provide a range of courses in Counselling Skills, Counselling Theory, Psychotherapy Training and Supervision Training. We also offer professional development courses to help Students in their jobs as counsellors, psychotherapists, nurses, teachers and social workers or other helping professions.
The Courses. 4.1. The Courses are contained in the Training Media and the manuals and will be provided to Customer by Lobster. Customer shall be entitled to access the Training Media on the Website for the duration of this Agreement and the renewal period thereafter, if applicable, provided there has been no breach of this Agreement and all amounts due in terms of this Agreement have been paid on or before due date. 4.2. Customer will offer the Training Media to the Learners for the limited purpose of training the Users and for no other purpose whatsoever. In no instance will Customer provide access to the Training Media to any person other than Learners; if a Learner ceases to qualify as a “Learner”, Customer will immediately terminate access to the Training Media. Customer will accordingly not, and without limitation, edit, alter, copy, reproduce, transmit, perform, create derivative works of, grant any rights in respect of, publish or disseminate any of the Content in any way whatsoever. Customer will notify Learners and ensure that Learners do not, without limitation, edit, alter, copy, reproduce, transmit, perform, create derivative works of, grant any rights in respect of, publish or disseminate any of the Content in any way whatsoever. Customer will notify Learners and ensure that Learners do not transfer or otherwise provide login credentials to any other person.‌‌‌‌‌ 5.1. The Website contains the software which will allow Customer and the Learners to view the video content, access the online course manuals, perform the online assessments, monitor Learner performance, create Learner profiles and Learner assessment information in Customer’s profile, which profile will be established by Lobster on the Website. Lobster hereby grants to Customer the right to access the Website and the Content for the duration of the Agreement subject to the provisions of this Agreement. 5.2. Customer will determine, and advise Lobster in writing accordingly, who will be the Users. Customer will be responsible for the Users’ conduct while accessing the Website and will be liable for any damages, loss or claims howsoever arising from or relating to the use or misuse of, or access to, the Website by the User/s. 5.3. Lobster will provide Customer with access to the Website and the profile of each User. The Courses. Cxxxx, Link and CL each reserves a non-exclusive right to make derivative works of the Courses from time to time, provided that any such modification by any of them to the Courses shall be automatically deemed a part of the Courses and Licensed Materials and subject to the license granted in Section 3.1.

  • Eligible Courses A. All courses offered for dual credit by Hill College will be either college-level academic courses, identified from the current edition of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Lower-Division Academic Course Guide Manual or college-level workforce education courses, identified from the current edition of the Workforce Education Course Manual. B. A college course offered for dual credit must be: (A) in the core curriculum of the public institution of higher education providing the credit; (B) a career and technical education course; (C) a foreign language course; or (D) a college pathway course that satisfies specific degree plan requirements leading to the completion of a Board approved certificate, AA, AS, AAS degree program, or FOSC. C. Developmental or remedial courses may not be offered for dual credit. ISD is encouraged to partner with Hill College (as required by House Xxxx 5, 83rd Texas Legislature) to develop and provide courses in college preparatory mathematics and English language arts to prepare student for success in entry-level college courses (See HB 5 MOU) D. The ISD will work closely with the Hill College dual credit representative to ensure that the college offers an adequate number of courses and/or sections. The feasibility of offering specific courses will be negotiated by Hill College and high school personnel. E. A complete list of dual credit courses taught within this school district, as well as a crosswalk, will be maintained on file in the Vice President of Instruction Office.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property. B. Additionally, the Contractor shall notify the Judicial Council of any actual or contemplated renovations or other construction that will or may occur on or adjacent to the Property during the Program, no later than fourteen (14) Days from the time the Contractor learns of such renovation or construction activity. C. For any disturbance, renovation, or construction activity that is potentially or actually inconvenient or disruptive to the Program, upon the Judicial Council’s request, the Contractor shall: i. Immediately cause such disturbance to cease, if possible, or suspend or minimize construction or renovation on the Property, if necessary, in order to maintain a proper environment for the Program; and/or ii. Immediately provide equivalent alternate space on the Property, satisfactory to the Program Manager, conducive to conducting the Program in a proper environment. D. If the Contractor is unable to comply with the conditions set forth in this provision, the Judicial Council may terminate the Agreement pursuant to the termination for cause provision set forth herein.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition. 1.2. User shall not publish, retransmit, display, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit the Data in any form, except that User may include limited excerpts from the Data in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of User’s linguistic education and research.

  • Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing or advertising efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to Client; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to Client.
