Existing Load definition

Existing Load means load previously served by Georgia Power and shall include load moved from one location to another provided that the operation at the new location is substantially identical to the operation at the former location.
Existing Load means the Customer’s Assigned Capacity at the Existing Load Facility as of the date of this Agreement (Section 3.0.3 of the Transmission System Code).
Existing Load means load not defined in A.

  • EXISTING LOAD SHORTAGE TRANSITION ADJUSTMENT The Existing Load Shortage Transition Adjustment will be applied to the Existing Load Shortage of the Customer and to the Existing Load Shortage of the Customer’s Affiliated Customers.

Related to Existing Load

  • Existing Loan means the loan identified on Exhibit H.

  • Existing Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).

  • Existing Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Existing Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.17.

  • Existing Lenders as defined in the recitals hereto.

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Existing Facility Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the recitals hereto.

  • Existing Leases means those leases, license agreements and occupancy agreements identified on Schedule 2.1.3, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Existing Revolving Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Existing Lender were references to all the Lenders immediately prior to the relevant increase;

  • Revolving Loan Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto and the Revolving Loan Administrative Agent.

  • Refinancing Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • Prior Loan Agreement is defined in Recital A of this Agreement.

  • Existing Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).

  • Refinancing Loans means any Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Revolving Loans.

  • Refinancing Commitments shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b)(i).

  • Replacement Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Facility Leases means all of the leases of Facilities listed on Schedule 3.7 of the Disclosure Schedules.

  • Funding Loan Agreement means this Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, by and among the Funding Lender, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more funding loan agreements, indentures or other instruments supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof.

  • Underlying Loan Agreement means, with respect to any Loan, the document or documents evidencing the commercial loan agreement or facility pursuant to which such Loan is made.

  • Original Loan Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Refinancing Facility Agreement means a Refinancing Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, among Holdings, the Borrower, each Subsidiary of the Borrower party to this Agreement, the Agent and one or more Refinancing Lenders, establishing Refinancing Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.26.

  • Replacement Revolving Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22.

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • Refinancing Revolving Commitments means one or more Classes of Revolving Loan commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
