Existing Loan Notice definition
Existing Loan Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.14(d).
Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Swing Loan Note means the Swing Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1(N)(2) evidencing the Swing Loans, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or in part. Swing Loan Request shall mean a request for Swing Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5.2 [Swing Loan Requests] hereof.
Swing Loan Request means a request for Swing Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5.2 [Swing Loan Requests] hereof.
Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Swing Loan Commitment means PNC Bank’s commitment to make Swing Loans to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1.2 hereof in an aggregate principal amount up to $10,000,000.
Term Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term Loan Lender evidencing the portion of the Term Loans made by such Term Loan Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-3, and any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).
Revolving Loan Notes means with respect to any Borrower the promissory notes of such Borrower in favor of each Lender evidencing the Revolving Loans made to such Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.7(a), as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
Swingline Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).
Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).
Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.
Extended Revolving Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).
Revolving Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Revolving Lender to make Revolving Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii), and “Revolving Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Revolving Lenders in the aggregate.
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).
Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Term Loan Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.
Swing Loan Lender means PNC, in its capacity as lender of the Swing Loans.
Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a)(ii).
