Existing Mortgaged Property definition

Existing Mortgaged Property means each Mortgaged Property encumbered by a Mortgage as of the date hereof.
Existing Mortgaged Property means the owned Real Property of Innovex owned prior to the Closing Date and subject to a Mortgage in favor of Agent prior to the Closing Date.
Existing Mortgaged Property each Mortgaged Property (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) existing immediately prior to the Restatement Effective Date.
